He’s detail-oriented, fast-moving, and leads the field crew to make sure every job is finished cleanly, quickly, and professionally, usually overnight.

2021 — The Foundation:
DC Solutions was officially founded on September 4th, 2021 by Cory, with a mission to serve clients without disrupting daytime operations. Built on Christian values and a commitment to quality, the vision was simple: deliver honest, efficient, and respectful service to local businesses and churches.
2022 — The Midnight Hustle:
What set DC Solutions apart? The overnight work model. By completing sealing and striping jobs while businesses were closed, they helped clients avoid lost revenue and downtime. Word-of-mouth spread fast, and soon, DC Solutions was known for fast turnarounds and lasting quality.
2023 — From Family Crew to Trusted Brand:
With contracts growing and more repeat clients coming in, the business began to scale. Equipment got upgraded. Pricing was refined. And Cory’s son Trenton stepped in to help lead crews with precision and pride—especially on line striping and surface prep.
2024 — The Next Generation Leads the Way:
Trenton took on a bigger leadership role, running day-to-day operations and streamlining projects from quote to completion. With a modern eye for detail and his father's work ethic, Trenton brought fresh energy to the business—and raised the bar across the board.
2025 — Rooted Local, Growing Strong:
Now, DC Solutions is focused on saturating the Southern Illinois region, prioritizing local contracts over long-distance travel. From churches and commercial properties to recurring contracts with contractors, the company is doubling down on its strengths.
